Our team includes Certified Aging-in-Place Specialists (CAPS). This is a national designation from the NAHB that proves we have undergone specialized training in the unique needs of the older population and individuals with mobility challenges.

Unlike general contracting, Environmental Adaptation focuses specifically on removing physical barriers to independence. We use Universal Design principles to ensure your home is functional for all abilities without it feeling “clinical” or like a hospital. We look at the home through a medical and structural lens simultaneously.
