Why Choose Us?
Our Elite Safety & Screening Standards
We utilize a rigorous Post-Offer Employment Testing (POET) protocol for every technician. Our screening goes far beyond industry standards to ensure the safety of our clients and the integrity of our installations:
Comprehensive Investigations: We employ private investigators to conduct deep background screenings. This includes Federal, State, County, and City criminal records, as well as the Sex Offender Registry, Violent Offender Registry, terrorist watch list, and No-Fly list.
Global Security Verification: We verify all technicians against INTERPOL databases to ensure a clean record at an international level.
Advanced Clinical Drug Screening: Every technician must pass an in-clinic, 10-panel drug screen. This includes testing for both illicit substances and the misuse of prescription narcotics.
Medical & Physical Readiness: Our technicians undergo a full medical physical and a Clinical Skills & Capabilities Assessment. We test both physical and emotional capabilities to ensure every team member is healthy, stable, and capable of the demanding work required in a residential environment.
The “Two-Person” Safety Rule: For the protection of both our clients and our staff, our technicians always work in pairs. This ensures cross-verification of safety protocols and provides an extra layer of security during home visits.
Credential Verification: We perform regular audits of all MVRs (Motor Vehicle Records), professional certifications, and trade licenses to ensure 100% compliance.
Technical Excellence
To ensure the highest standards of safety and accountability, we manage 100% of the installation process in-house. We never use sub-contractors; when you hire us, you get our dedicated, expert team from start to finish.
CAPS Design Expertise (Certified Aging in Place Specialist): One of our owners holds the CAPS designation from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). We use this specialized training to ensure every product we install supports the long-term initiative of safe, independent living.
Clinical Collaboration: We work closely with our clients and their Occupational Therapists (OTs) to translate clinical recommendations into physical solutions. By following the OT’s guidance, we ensure the precise placement of equipment like grab bars and lifts to maximize safety and usability.
Technical Site Assessments: Before installation begins, we collect detailed structural measurements and site inspections. This ensures your equipment whether a ramp, lift, or VPL is perfectly configured for your home’s unique layout.
Factory-Trained Installation: Our technicians are trained directly by our manufacturing partners to install sophisticated systems, including Vertical Platform Lifts (VPLs) and Stair Lifts.
Safety & Code Compliance: We verify that every project adheres to ADA guidelines, ASME A18.1 safety standards for platform lifts, and all local Utah building codes.
Licensed, Insured, & Bonded: We are a fully credentialed Utah contractor, maintaining comprehensive liability insurance and bonding for all residential projects.
