When you sign up for a Home
Maintenance Membership, you
become part of our family

As part of this family your home becomes our home. We promise to do everything in our power
to keep it healthy, safe, and secure. Here is what you can expect as part of our family:

Signing Up

1. Choose Your package

Select the package with the amount of visits and credits that fit your needs. 

2. Indicate what items you want

Choose how you would like to spend your credits from our catalog of services. This can be over the phone with our team.

3. Fill out our online form

Let us know that you are ready to buy and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

4. Receive a call from our onboarding team

A member of our onboarding team will contact you, receive payment, and set up your first visit.

Maintenance Day

Before your appointment:

One week before our maintenance visit we will send you an email confirming the time and date of your appointment, along with the list of items you have chosen for your home. The last chance to change these items will be 3 business days before your visit. 

Day of your appointment:

On the day of your appointment you will receive a text containing photos and a short biography of your technicians. It will also remind you to clear anything out of the way to give easy access to any task we need. After completing all the tasks, the technicians will ask you to sign off on their work. 

After your appointment:

Up to 48 hours after your service you will receive a comprehensive report detailing everything our technicians completed.  This will include written notes with recommendations as well as before and after photos. 

Between Visits

  • One month before your next visit, you will receive a call to confirm your next visit and choose how to spend your credits.
